Q： How should I go about applying to exhibit?

Q：Is there a deadline for applications?
A： The deadline for applications is Friday, April 10, 2026.
Also, the deadline for payment is Friday, May 29, 2026.
If you do not transfer the money by the transfer deadline, you will not be able to participate in the booth space lottery drawing. Please note that if we cannot confirm your transfer by Tuesday, June 30, your application will be cancelled.
Q：Please tell me about the rules for cancelling.
A：≪For individual reasons≫
Up to and including the day before the booth draw (June 2): 50% of exhibiting fee
Up to and including the day of the booth draw (June 3):100% of exhibiting fee
*The same schedule applies if the booth draw is not conducted.
≪Cancelation of the Expo due to natural disaster, etc.≫
If the sponsor (Japanese Society of Laboratory Medicine) judge the Expo difficult to hold due to a natural disaster, etc., we will return the exhibiting fee balanced with necessary expenses taking into consideration the timing of the cancelation.
However, in the case that the Expo is not able to go ahead, the sponsor will not compensate any expenses incurred by individual exhibitors for any advance preparations.
Q：Please tell me about the exhibiting fee.
A：≪A Type≫
1 booth: 2,000 x 2,000 x 2,700mm Member: 100,000 yen; Non-member: 130,000 yen (excluding tax)
≪B Type≫
1 booth: 3,000 x 3,000 x 2,700mm Member: 200,000 yen; Non-member: 250,000 yen (excluding tax)
Q：Is there a discount system?
A： Member companies can get a discount of 2.5% for 9 booths or more, 5% for 10-19 booths or more, and 7.5% for 20 booths or more.
Q：Can I choose the location of my booth?
A：Locations of booths for exhibitors is chosen in order by booth draw.
*If there are a large number of applications for booths, the secretariat may decide the booth locations without holding a booth lottery.
Q：Is it possible to give product seminars in the venue?
A：It is possible for exhibiting companies only to hold them inside their own booths.
Q：Can you hand out leaflets in the venue?
A：It is possible. However, they can only be handed out inside your booth.
Q：Can I exhibit unapproved medical devices?
A：You can exhibit them if you submit an exhibitor request.However, please note that no advertising of any kind, including the name, is permitted, so please be sure to check the exhibitor application guidelines.
